Love for the Least of These

A weekend experience to help your church live out Jesus' call in Matthew 25

What is the Love for the Least of These weekend experience?

This interactive, in-service experience for your church fits into your regular weekend services. Your congregation will:

  • Discover God's heart for the least of these
  • Pray for least of these
  • Reflect on what Matthew 25 means for their own family

You'll receive a free kit with everything you need to pull off an awesome experience:

7-minute video to inspire your congregation

Story Cards for every attendee to pray and reflect on how they will respond to Jesus' call

Planning Guide so you know what say, what to play, and what to display

Take your experience to the next level

For larger churches who want to disciple your congregation even more, we have (free!) experiences to add on to your Love for the Least of These weekend. We'll work with you to determine if the experience is right for your church.

The World Vision Experience Truck is an experiential exhibit on wheels that can park right in your church parking lot.

To host this experience, your church must:

  • Have at least 750 weekend attendees
  • Have a large parking lot for the truck to park in
  • Recruit some awesome volunteers to help staff it

The Matthew 25 Virtual Reality experience tells the story of Cheru, a girl living in Kenya with no access to clean water. You'll virtually step into her world and see what her life is like.

To host this experience, your church must:

  • Have at least 350 weekend attendees
  • Have a space of approximately 35'x45' to build out the exhibit
  • Recruit some awesome volunteers to help staff it

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me... whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

Matthew 25:35-36 (NIV)

What pastors are saying

"World Vision's been amazing because it's made the mission and burden-carrying of the world tangible. We can literally see and be a participant in it."

"Knowing that it was time for us to be more intentional regarding the forgotten and the poorest of the poor, we teamed up with World Vision."

Pastor Bob Bouwer, Faith Church, Dyer, IN

Pastor Bob Merritt, Eagle Brook Church, Centerville, MN
